Jodi Painschab is awful at her job so if someone ever sends you to her, consider yourself ignored. She literally only cares about how to protect the clinic and if you have any grounds to sue them. I tried getting a hold of her multiple times after she said she was looking into something and her excuse was that she didn't understand the legal jargon for guidelines for testing pregnant women.
This is one of those times I wish I could score them a negative number.
From testing things behind your back, to not knowing proper protocol to outright deciding the best way to deal with a quality concern is to ignore patient phone calls for weeks, I am utterly shocked at how incompetent this office runs...
Some of these doctors forget that you are desperately waiting for blood work results and let you go the weekend without knowing if something is wrong or not. And some forget that they work for the patient and if you ask for blood work or an ultrasound or more frequent checkups than normal, that they should give you that peace of mind--especially if they can't answer your questions about what's going on with your body.
