Some definitely bad policy changes happened here when they changed their name from CentraCare to Stellis Heath. I went to my primary doctor who all of a sudden became as unnecessary test pusher. I switched doctors (at the same place) and the new doc seen me after I had some breathing problems when I had gotten the flu. She basically told me that I was "out of shape" and my flu was viral. They took a chest x-ray and called later to tell me it was "fine" and they couldn't see any problems. I am signed up on their portal and found that my test showed I had early stages of COPD. "Out of shape" she said. The doctors here really need to tell their patients the truth instead of pushing drugs and tests at us.
Was seen by a doctor here and had the pharmacy call me but no call from either the doctor or the nurse. Called the clinic for the better half of the day and they refused to acknowledge my existence. They didn't tell me what the drug was that I was taking, why I was taking it, and how long it would be until I started feeling better. I did recognize that the doctor was someone in my graduating class, and she was someone I didn't really go out of my way to talk to. Perhaps this is the reason for her poor performance.. Anyways, I refuse to go back to this clinic ever again.
Over the last month this clinic has gone from 3 starsdown to 1. Good luck getting your results for tests in a timely manner. And they seem to have no communication with each other. And good luck getting a call back from your nurse in a timely manner. 3 different times I've needed a call back and it took numerous days. And it wasn't a difficult situation that should of taken that long. As well as o ended up in maple grove er after the Dr here said I was fine. 125.00 in copays and numerous prescriptions..... Wasted. Great job guys.
I will never be going back here my son had pink eye last week so I call for eye drops never heard back so I called got an appointment and then someone called me the next day asking if I needed an appointment....then today my son's pink eye still wasn't gone so I called at 8 to get a refill for him and never heard back so I called back again at 1 and she's like oh the doctor isn't in till 4...I'll probably get a call tomorrow asking if I need something. Ugh worst doctors office
Awful clinic. They are screening pregnant women without their permission just to cash out on insurance payments. If you're forced to go here for your pregnancy, ask MANY questions and Google beforehand. They're not well versed on what they're doing. And the quality person Jodi Painschab outright admitted she didn't understand the laws that apply to them. Ever heard of a lawyer? Seriously disappointing. Don't trust these people.
