Horrible customer service, they never call or mail you about updated price increases. Also put a lock on my storage for no reason. Come to find out they locked the wrong storage unit and the main boss was out of town for two days "fishing" and he refused to come open my storage. Glad I didn't need my belongings. There is at least 5 to 10 different storage places close to monticello. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
Called to ask about a truck reservation, when I called and asked who I was speaking with the associate very rudely said "no, who am I speaking with" and then hung up on us. If that is how you do business I can see why you have such a bad rating.

Customer service was excellent. Front desk was prompt in answering questions and pricing was on par with other rental facilities in the area. The owner was knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend to family and friends in the area.
I found the owner to be a bit surly and I definitely felt unappreciated as a customer. After dropping almost $150 on a rental truck I would hope for a little more friendly customer service. If I needed to, I would definitely rent from a different company next time around. They don't seem to be worth the repeat business.
