This place is the textbook definition of a trailer park. From the poorly cared for roads, to the garbage in front yards, to the poor/non-existent water pressure you can find reasons to stay away from this place.
I have lived in this park for the last 10 years. It's gotten safer and management has been working harder to keep the park up to date. They may have some strict policy rules but if Yu look at parks that don't, Yu will see Kjellbergs is a very nice park to live in. ❤
