I don't want to work with someone that doesn't appreciate people and their time and that is going to lie about timing with a quote because it likely means he will also lie about the timing of the project--which other reviews on here have testified to. Projects taking 14 weeks instead of 6 with no response from these people.
Do not hire Tony Maher! This company is awful and sees customers as dollar signs. They're not timely or professional. Couldn't even take our window measurements.
UPDATE: he got back to us two days later (three days after the time he said it would take to get a quote), charging $5000 for replacing three windows and said we couldn't choose the windows we wanted. He didn't even have measurements of our windows he just made the number up then said we weren't worth his time. If you're not getting a giant chunk of money from your insurance company for replacing your roof or siding then this man doesn't care about you. A quote should never take more than 24 hours and this Tony person made us beg for ours without even apologizing. Hire a company that's more ethical and cares about customer service.
Tyler is an expert in his field and honestly cares about his work and the customers he works for. After a large storm damaged our roof he made the effort to maneuver his way through the fallen trees and other debris that ravaged our neighborhood. He hoisted his trusty ladder and ascended on top of our roof as if to claim this rooftop as his own. He gave us peace of mind by assembling his team in a timely manner and completing the project before the birth of my second daughter. He is a man among men, a true hero.
We are so very happy we chose Perfect Exteriors. From the initial meeting, Tyler was very open and answered all of our questions. He helped us pick materials and colors and the results are better than we expected! His estimates on the time of installation was accurate and his team were respectful and very competent. We will definitely be calling Tyler and the team when our roof needs to be replaced!
