So, I've ordered here for delivery several times, I'm just barely on the other side of town, literally 1 mile as the crow flies, tonight I call and the gal puts me on hold for like a full minute then some guy comes on and says" yeah your actually out of our delivery range", i told him they've been here several times he says I'll see what we can do and I just said forget it, seems to me someone didn't want to drive in the weather, too bad, won't ever order there again and planned to give a healthy tip since there are flurries.
Super fast service, very friendly staff. My only reason for the low stars is the food itself. The food isn't very fresh and lacks flavor. I have tried this location 2 times and I won't be going back. In Georgia, the Jimmy John's there was so much better with thier food quality and they gave you more for your money too!
When I say they are fast, I mean that they are FAST. Even during the busiest time of the day, they never fail to deliver in a timely manner.

I'm a mobile service technician so eating fast food is an almost daily occurrence. Can't say enough good things about the quick service and quality food. I used the drive thru at the Monticello location and the guy working the window was beyond great. Need more personalities to interact with like his on a daily basis.
