All the sales staff are so welcoming and helpful with any questions or concerns and they make sure they get you the vehicle and price that you are looking for. Service department team is also just amazing! They always do great work on my vehicles but don’t pressure or do any work on it unless they explain it to me first. This is a great place to get a vehicle. Johnny Kinsell has got to be one, if not the most best sells man that I've noticed. He's a shark. He dies right out he finds a vehicle and grabs it, she what they're looking for. It makes you feel comfortable. Get you a drink if you need it, water soda something like that. You know, has your sit down look over everything. And helps you decide the right vehicle for you.
My 4 wheel drive service light came on in my truck & I called West Metro Buick and spoke with the service tech Dean who said I needed to service the vehicle. He explained they were pretty busy but if I brought my vehicle in Monday AM they would try to have it fixed by Tuesday. To my pleasant surprise they had it done 3:00 PM on Monday. It was a pleasure to do business with Dean and West Metro Buick and I highly recommend this dealership. Thank You West Metro Buick.
These people are awesome and General Manager knows what he is doing. Great place, friendly faces at the front desk. She makes you feel like you're at home. She'll bring you coffee and donuts. This place really is a place to shop and buy for a vehicle. These people work hard to make sure you get your money worth. And they have beautiful vehicles this year.
